We recently stayed at West Lodge Park Hotel for three nights in one of their stunning **Garden Lodge** rooms and attended a wedding on-site. To say we were impressed would be a massive understatement—everything about our stay was absolutely first-class! 🏨 Perfect for Big Groups & Gorgeous Rooms There was a large group of **over 30 of us staying at the hotel**, and every single person was blown away. Accommodating a group that size flawlessly is no easy feat, but the hotel managed it effortlessly. Our Garden Lodge room was beautiful, immaculate, and offered the perfect peaceful retreat. Everyone in our party raved about how comfortable, clean, and well-appointed their rooms were. 🌿 The Grounds The hotel grounds themselves are breathtaking—beautifully manicured, serene, and provided a stunning backdrop for the wedding photographs. It felt like our own private paradise for the weekend. 🍽️ A Culinary Highlight: The Food is Incredible! The food throughout our entire three-day stay was an absolute highlight. Feeding over 30 of us together can be a challenge, but the wedding breakfast was spectacular, cooked to perfection, and served beautifully to the whole party. Every single meal we had—from the rich, flavorful dishes in the restaurant to the breakfast options each morning—showcased high-quality ingredients and superb presentation. The kitchen team here is truly talented. 🥂 Bar & Room Service * **The Bar:** Incredible atmosphere, fantastic drink selection, and the perfect spot for our large group to gather and unwind. * **Room Service:** Prompt, fresh, and delivered with a smile every single time. It was the ultimate luxury after a long day of celebrating. 🏆 World-Class Service What truly elevates West Lodge Park from a great hotel to an extraordinary one is the staff. A massive, heartfelt thank you to *Graeme and the entire team Taking care of a group of 30+ requires incredible coordination, and their hospitality, attention to detail, and warmth made us all feel like royalty. They went above and beyond to ensure the wedding went perfectly and that our entire stay was seamless. 📝 The Verdict: Highly Recommended! If you are planning a wedding, a large family gathering, or a weekend getaway, look no further. We cannot recommend West Lodge Park Hotel highly enough. We will definitely be back!

We often visit West Lodge Park for lunch or a coffee and are never disappointed. Yesterday, we had a lovely lunch on the terrace in glorious sunshine to celebrate our friends sapphire wedding anniversary. So, a glass of Prosecco seemed appropriate. We often visit West Lodge Park for lunch or a coffee and are never disappointed. Yesterday, we had a lovely lunch on the terrace in glorious sunshine to celebrate our friends sapphire wedding anniversary. So, a glass of Prosecco seemed appropriate. Three of the party had the smoked salmon salad which was excellent whilst I had the chacuterie which was also very good. Service was friendly and professional. The complimentary anniversary cake was a nice touch. Overall a lovely lunch.

My wife and I spent an enjoyable few days at this exemplary hotel This is not our first visit, nor will it be our last ,and once again the service and staff were all that could be wished for and met all our needs and requirements. We were assisted in particular by Lisa on Reception who made us feel like family and as an unusual bonus our luggage was moved by the General Manager, Ashley Beale when we were leaving. There are not many, if any hotels, that I have frequented over the years where the General Manager would help with your luggage. We will be back yet again later this year.

I recently stayed with my Mother in a garden lodge and attended a friend's 90th birthday party. The room itself was adequate and clean but a little tired, and our personal outside area was not very appealing, a few plants could improve it massively! However that is my only criticism. The party in the hotel was wonderfully executed by staff, who were helpful, attentive and cheery throughout our 2 night stay. Food was great and sitting at the Terrace bar in the evening set in the magnificent grounds was extremely pleasant. I am considering booking a family meal to celebrate my own birthday. An enjoyable stay.
