“Good stay”
A good stay- we had also reserved early check in for £15 fee from 11am which was helpful for our trip. There is no car parking on site but there was a car park Lode Lane car park, next door which charged about £10 for 24 hours of parking. The entrance to the car park is not marked at all! “Exceptional”
Excellent hotel great location for bars / shopping. Great rooms very clean & comfortable. Amazing staff great friendly service . Delicious breakfast . Would recommend!

This is a really nice Premier Inn close to shopping and restaurants in Solihull and a short walk from the train station. “Great staff and very comfy rooms.”
The staff are excellent and they always try to sort any issues. The number of staff can be a problem in very busy times or if there are issues with rooms (I have personally had no issue in 4 weeks of staying). Rooms are very comfy and functional. “Good Premier Inn”
We stayed in a Premier Plus room for 1 night. The value was £50. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The Premier Plus rooms are newly designed and on the top floor.
