Another great stay at this hotel, room was very cosy and very comfortable, even turning the temperature up to 26 degrees, the room didn't feel hot at all. Another great stay at this hotel, room was very cosy and very comfortable, even turning the temperature up to 26 degrees, the room didn't feel hot at all. A bit of traffic noise outside but barely noticed it and had a great night's sleep. Had dinner as well, you do have to rebook a slot and there is a wait but we'll worth it, the food comes out fast, it comes out piping hot and cooked to perfection! I recommend the chicken goujons, big stack burger and the triple chocolate brownie with ice cream! A couple of points of notice for you Parking here can get very tight, it is first come first serve and usually fills out later in the day If you are coming from the terminal, there is a shuttle bus to take you to the hotel, costing £4 per person for a 5-10 minute transfer Breakfast can be a little on the debatable side in terms of quality, the bacon on this day was very thin and overcooked and the scrambled egg was overcooked as well, was too breakable for what it should have been Also be careful to finish everything and not leave anything on your plate, there is one member of staff who is very authoritative, doesn't ask for anything, sounds like she is demanding information and openly moans at an open service if you leave any food behind Also, isn't it about time Premier Inn served hot chocolate with breakfast?!

Stayed at the Holiday inn last December a week before Christmas but this time decided to book for the first time at the Premier inn and it was a wise choice The warmth of the staff is absolutely everything they go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you during your stay Asked the receptionist to advise housekeeping to refresh my room on the second day , was done immaculately clean and was so much appreciated as being in housekeeping is not an easy job with the daily turnover of the rooms Food and beverage the restaurant, Manager Christian and Deborah both an absolute gem busy around guests have a genuine interest to see that everything is fine for you and fine some moments to interact with you where possible Coming myself from the Hospitality industry from a food and beverage background was lovely to see the next generation are genuinely interested to go above and beyond with guests One advise if you plan to dine in the hotel in the evenings make sure to book your dinners beforehand as from 6pm till 8pm it will be busy Food portions are well sized and tasty plus good value for money , regarding the breakfast its better if you go with the option choice of the buffet and its a great start to the day Unfortunately my sray comes to an end tomorrow and cannot extend but im already looking forward to coming back and recommending to family and friends the ideal location near by stansted airport and with a shuttle bus that comes in front of the hotel every quarter to and quarter to an hour 24 hours at £4 per trip Easy excess to central London by train or coaches from stansted airport Thank you for the most enjoyable stay and looking forward to come back in the near future Jennifer
