“Still wonderful.”
We have been staying at the Hart for many years, they never let us down. The staff are wonderful, nothing is ever too much trouble. We have a favourite room, which is spacious and comfortable. “Old building in great location for Boston centre”
Not promising from the car park at the back but very nice from the front and it’s very central. Breakfast is à la carte and very good. My room was quite small but attractive. This is an old building so there is no lift.

“Staff are lovely and with a few tweaks the hotel could be better”
It is a pleasant hotel with some nice features but a little grubby in places. Lacks a bit of TLC. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the stay.
