“Decent hotel”

After a difficult start, where no one was at reception to check in a large queue, I was not given the room which I had paid to select. I was accused of being wrong several times but when I showed I had booked a different room in the app she apologised and found me a similar room on the top floor… lisää

After a difficult start, where no one was at reception to check in a large queue, I was not given the room which I had paid to select. I was accused of being wrong several times but when I showed I had booked a different room in the app she apologised and found me a similar room on the top floor. No real issues with the room except with broken window handle which I mentioned to front desk. Room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable, temperature was easy to adjust, shower was fine though it did make a bit of a wet floor and no floor towel was available to mop it up. Nice walk along canal to Saltaire right outside hotel, would stay again.

Was disappointed no free WiFi except 30 min a day cheap coffee and no drinking glasses in room and no hair dryer
