“Review of a staff I met at the reception”
I got treated and greeted so well by the staff at reception called Stephanie when I arrived she was so pleasant and always smiling with good eye contact and was answering all of my questions about the hotel and directions.thid is my 2nd trip to this hotel and she had always been very professional.

“Nice to return again”
Good stay again, Location is ideal for this hotel close to the city but removed enough that you don’t get loads of noise during evenings esp on weekends, Rooms are nice, beds are okay little hard but that’s hotel beds for you. “Gone downhill a bit”
Poor treatment of IHG Diamond. Early check in not facilitated despite emailing ahead. Room preferences ignored again. Breakfast was terrible this time. Cold coffee from the machine. “Great location but nothing special”
Good location, just opposite Brighton train station. Down some steps but the public lift is broken so not ideal with luggage. Quick check-in, reasonable room (if a little small for a suite), comfy bed, good temperature and strong Wi-Fi, not too much to dislike really. Friendly reception. Downst… lisää
