Lovely hotel, been coming here for a few years now, won't stay anywhere else. The reception staff are very friendly, the breakfast staff are lovely, very happy to chat to us, Arami is great. Breakfast has a lot of choice. The bedrooms are clean, nice big bed which is very comfortable, the cleaning staff of the bedrooms do a good job, the only complaint I have is why do the pillows not have pillow protectors? We'll be back again soon.

“Great place to stay in Bristol”

We have been staying at the Leonardo on and off for the last 4 years whilst our daughter has been at university in Bristol. It has been consistently good. Rooms are generously sized, clean and quiet. We have been staying at the Leonardo on and off for the last 4 years whilst our daughter has been at university in Bristol. It has been consistently good. Rooms are generously sized, clean and quiet. The air conditioning is a welcome bonus. Breakfasts are varied and of good quality. The restaurant and bar are also to be recommended. Andrea has been a constant over the last four years and needs to be commended for excellent customer service.

“Modern sprawled out city,with so much history,walk in day,use local transport.”

We as two couples booked two rooms,bed and breakfast. Planning tosee the sights and visit the theatre. On arrivale we parked at the recommended car park,6 minutes walk away,at a hotel reduced rate,number plate recognition on entry and hotel confirmation before you depart,NOTE,ask reception. We as two couples booked two rooms,bed and breakfast. Planning tosee the sights and visit the theatre. On arrivale we parked at the recommended car park,6 minutes walk away,at a hotel reduced rate,number plate recognition on entry and hotel confirmation before you depart,NOTE,ask reception. Our rooms were both 4 star,clean,fluffy towels,tea ,coffee,kettle,huge shower,A1,big tv, all in Excellent order,daily cleaning. Breakfast was plenty full,i do like it all,full,plus cereals,juice tea,toast,cold table,a good start to the day,Quality here is again really spot on. A bar,and room service with food is avalible,a rest area in reception,. This is a good base,no need to use a car here locally as all buses are 5 minutes walk away,and train station is 10 minutes walk. Note.In this area,you need to be aware,the streets here in this area are full,of people asking for money,£4 ?? is a regular amount and if you say no cash they will come with you to a cash point and show you. This is serious,first day we were stopped while walking to the centre 5-7 times,by people,so beware,as older people we were frightened to go out at night.,We were pre warned. Bristol has lots of sights,safe areas,upmarket,buildings,so plan your route first,.,

A modern hotel in rather a run down area, guest services team were very friendly, room was very clean and huge, plus air conditioning worked like a treat! For me the bed was not at all comfortable as the mattress was hard and the pillows as well so difficult to get comfy, leading to having a bad night's sleep. The breakfast was ok but the scrambled egg was very dry and some of the waiting staff were quite grumpy. Not what you need in the morning! I don't think I will stay here again if I have the choice as need to sleep way better than I did. I guess if you love hard mattresses, not squidgy pillows and dry scrambled egg then you will be ok!
