“Nice hotel |Shame about the noise”

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to the noise levels. My room was situated on the second floor directly above the gym, which is open 24 hours. This meant there was constant noise from the clatter of free weights until around midnight, followed by activity again from around 03:00. I… lisää

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing due to the noise levels. My room was situated on the second floor directly above the gym, which is open 24 hours. This meant there was constant noise from the clatter of free weights until around midnight, followed by activity again from around 03:00. In addition to this, the constant ping of the lifts and noise from the staff stairwell made the room extremely disruptive. I did request a room change, however I was initially told there were none available but to check again later that day after returning from work. When I did, I was again told the hotel was full and no alternative room could be offered. As a result, I experienced three nights of broken sleep. Unfortunately, this had a significant impact on my stay and overall experience. In hindsight, I probably should have just booked the Travelodge.

“Too fancy for its own good”

Stayed here one night. Parking is paid for which I don't thinks right when parking at a purpose built hotel car park so something to bear in mind. The room was, weird. Stayed here one night. Parking is paid for which I don't thinks right when parking at a purpose built hotel car park so something to bear in mind. The room was, weird. Seemed to go out of its way to be technically fancy without asking if it enhanced the guest experience. Bathroom is a floor to ceiling see through glass panel. You can make this opaque but it still leaves extremely clear shadows that leave nothing to the imagination, so these rooms are only best stayed in if you are a couple. There was a light on in the bathroom that we could not turn off at all- in sure there was a way, but after 20 minutes of searching for the right button we gave up

“No value for money”

When the hotel is used for sleeping only, the value for money is not on-par, the room had a funny sewage smell.
