“Amazing reception staff”
I have just stayed at the hotel for the second time with work. This hotel has been absolutely great. I can’t express enough how amazing the reception staff Millie and Rhianne were. They were so polite and professional on my arrival. I cannot recommend this highly enough

“Not great”
Nice rooms, let down by not always cleaned and breakfast is just a real let down. Rooms are nice. Check in staff are nice. Some days your rooms are cleaned and some not. The breakfast system really needs work. Opens at 06:30. Never ready. Not enough bits out and never replenished. Asked one of the … lisää

“Nice hotel let down by gym and pool area”
Nice hotel and rooms. Gym - very limited equipment. The stairmaster and one of the weight machines were out of order. One the treadmills didnt incline. The beds around the pool were rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable. Surely they can stretch to cushions. Not a very relaxing experience

“COULD DO BETTER”
24 hour reception, so suited me for booking in at 2.00 in the morning after a long days work. Planned sleep in irrupted by slamming doors. Even through the doors are fitted with soft close are still noisy when shutting. Handed the key card to the receptionist who made no mention of the code require… lisää
