I stayed here with my family for leisure it’s was clean and friendly especially the duty manager Terri she was very helpful polite and professional I would recommend this place to family and friends and will definitely stay here again :)

Recently stayed at the xscape premier inn great service from start to finish especially Terri on reception and the bar she was always smiling and great with children and made the stay so much more enjoyable x

Everything you need here for young families nice little break away from home with plenty and more to do. Location couldnt have been any better for us to break down our trip to Scotland straight off the motorway. Outstanding Atmosphere reminded us of being over seas the night life here was pukka. Everything you need here for young families nice little break away from home with plenty and more to do. Location couldnt have been any better for us to break down our trip to Scotland straight off the motorway. Outstanding Atmosphere reminded us of being over seas the night life here was pukka. Our room had everything we needed to feel welcome and comffy. Value for money to be honest for the quality of the beds in this Location you would not be able to find anything cheaper in the area. I find that premier in always go above and beyond to ensure the rooms and facilities are up to standard with there cleanliness. The worst part of our stay Premier inn stay would have had to be the in house restuarant. Spaghetti Bolognaise, Flavourless, was never at the correct serving temperature Cold, not even at the hot hold temperature of 63°c. And was also served in a pool of water which leads me to believed that the dish is frozen or Spaghetti was not drained thoroughly. Chicken Makhani curry was 100% a frozen ready meal once again very Cold. Not happy with the meal considering the restuarant at our time of service was Empty. To very helpful members of staff seemed to know more about the kitchen as the poor lady had to go and find a kids pizza in the kitchen that clearly the chef couldnt find. We didnt want to raise any issues at time of dinner because the members of staff were busy booking guest in. As mentioned previously the young lad and lady ( Terry ) very helpful. Terrible finish to a lovely break

“Rooms not very clean.”

Reception staff were lovely and friendly. Our room was not to a good standard. The bathroom smelt like it had been washed with dirty cloths and there was heavy stains on both chairs in the bedroom which we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on as didn’t know what they were. The bathroom smelt like it had been washed with dirty cloths and there was heavy stains on both chairs in the bedroom which we didn’t feel comfortable sitting on as didn’t know what they were. The hotel is good to just walk over to xscape and also the shopping outlet. Late afternoon/early evening there was A LOT of groups starting to hang about which made my daughter very uncomfortable, also signs allover warming if anti-social behaviour so we decided not to stay and travel back home after reading other reviews of noise and antisocial behaviour.
