“Holiday break”
My husband and I did a Roberts Coach holiday and this is we’re we stayed. We had a wonderful time staff are happy and smiling nothing was to much trouble. Rooms clean and tidy . “Excellent”
We had an absolutely lovely stay at the hotel. Communication was prompt, customer service was excellent, the room was clean and tidy. “Enjoyable Stay.”
We spent 4 nights at Bridgewood Manor Hotel early in April 2026 on a coach trip from Bristol. We were moved from our original room when we raised concerns about the state of the sink (cracked and what looked like blood on the outside). “Ideal location in Rochester”
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. The hotel was ideally located relative to the company I was visiting and represented excellent value for money. Room furnishings were tired and worn and could have done with an overhaul.
