I spent the week at this travelodge it is truly the best one I've stayed at the bar staff are so helpful expecially Megan and lacey thank for all your hard work and the happy hour is a banging deal

Lacey on reception is fantastic. She is so friendly, helpful and really lovely. We booked the wrong sized room, she realised straight away and sorted us out without a problem. This TL is in a lovely location, very close to gorgeous Rochester, but in the middle of the historic harbour. Thanks Lace… lisää

“Clean room, good staff”

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the area. The welcome was very friendly and staff excellent, everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the area. The welcome was very friendly and staff excellent, everyone we dealt with was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The shower was good, with plenty of space and good flow. Yes, the rooms are a bit basic but for the price we could not complain. Breakfast was ok, a decent selection and the hot food was decent enough for the price. The hotel being dog friendly was great as it made travelling much easier. My only complaint/comment would be that we had to sit in seating area rather than at a table with our dog at breakfast. This seemed odd as seating area was carpeted and adjacent to tables which had hard floor. Not a big issue but seemed odd. Overall, we were very happy with hotel and would happily stay there again.

Difficult review to write and considering further action. When is it acceptable to take small flaws for the price we paid. We were told there are no rooms with two single beds, so paid an extra 90£ for a family room. When my parents arrived, they had a room with two singles. Breakfast was a consta… lisää

Difficult review to write and considering further action. When is it acceptable to take small flaws for the price we paid. We were told there are no rooms with two single beds, so paid an extra 90£ for a family room. When my parents arrived, they had a room with two singles. Breakfast was a constant waiting game. No eggs. Wait. No mushrooms. Wait. No tomatoes. Wait. Orange juice like water. Wait. No continetal, do not expect boiled eggs, ham or cheese. The cleanliness was our biggest problem. Glasses have dishwasher residue, they desperately need to fix this issue. Condom outside room, but they were efficient removing it. Mice traps in view next to settees. Windows dirty, bathroom frames rotting. Beds were fantastic to sleep in. Staff come out when you stand and wait (bar or reception) but they are polite and pleasant. As a first time visitor to travelodge I will certainly stick to another company. We chose this for location and deeply disappointed.
