“Perfect”
Just checked into the hotel , and have to review Lainey Kia on the check in desk. She was friendly, extremely helpful, and must have noticed that I’ve had a tough week of graft and upgraded me to a better room. Result!! Great experience Thanks Ross

absolutely fantastic. i must say Lainey and Steve made my stay the best it could possibly of been!! their quick service and all round attitude couldn’t of been any better, you really do need to keep hold of these two… honestly golden

“Generally good but a bit tired”
Stayed here on many occasions now, sometimes it is priced out of my budget. Generally the location is great for the town centre, the staff are always helpful when I have needed to speak to them.
