This Hotel and Spa is amazing, the staff are all lovely, polite and welcoming ( they even remember your name...) The location was beautiful at this time of year, last time I went was in winter and that was great too. the atmosphere was warm and friendly the room I was in was a good size with an even bigger bathroom with both bath and separate shower. all you could need was there in the room and the bed was sooo comfortable with all the big soft pillows. I got my room on a deal so was really happy with the value, but I also ate in the hotel and had treatments in the spa which didnt break the budget. the whole place was really clean and tidy there was nothing I could fault.There was a wedding on site but I never heard any noise from either guests returning to rooms or the disco. the service was 100% perfect on everything and the amenities where all there. I would like to thank ALL the Staff for making my stay so enjoyable and relaxing I would especially like to thank Carole in the Spa for my treatment as it really helped my fibromyalgia. the hydro pool worked wonders as well.

Excellent in all regards, whether the warm friendly welcome, food, service, room and general ambiance, our visit to Rookery Hall impressed. The buildings, a mix of old and new, blend well and provide excellent facilities. We had chosen the Wedgewood Suite and were very pleased, both in terms of space/facilities and value for money. Meals were a stand out, from dinner on our arrival, breakfasts and Sunday lunch. A special shout out for Rebecca for the extra special attention to detail, whether in the restaurant or front desk.

“Top staff made our stay wonderful”

The staff are the highlight of our stay. We booked a Feature room, and they upgraded us to a much larger room because it was our anniversary. The staff are the highlight of our stay. We booked a Feature room, and they upgraded us to a much larger room because it was our anniversary. We did however want the Feature room as we wanted the traditional stately house feel. They managed to reorganise things to get what we wanted and, while smaller, the Feature Room was just perfect. We had a sunny afternoon sitting in the bay windows seats reading books overlooking the lawn. Just lovely. The room while smaller than the Junior Suite was still very large and very nice. We did not go to the spa as we were too busy relaxing. Trip out were fun and we loved Arley Hall Gardens (they had nice food too). Lymm Dam is a very nice walk in the sun with easy parking Also, Jodrell Bank was a surprise as the information and displays were excellent and present the story and science is a very approachable way. The food is very nice, fancy with a price to match. We are vegetarian and still had some choice and the chef was prepared to modify the meal to help out too. The breakfast is perfect with a wide range to choose from. They have a lot of staff, and this shows in that everyone has time to help and is friendly and relaxed. This is part of what makes it such a lovely vibe, Overall, a wonderful stay, we can certainly recommend it.
