“Pleasant stay with friendly staff”
I stayed here for a lovely 2 nights stay to spend time in Chester. The beds were really comfortable and it’s a pleasant 10 min walk down the canal into the city centre. “Fun place to stay in Chester.”
We stayed here one night & had a lovely experience. The staff were super friendly, we had to wait a while for our room, but they made sure we were comfortable hanging out in the lobby & comped our parking. “Extra night in Chester.”
Came for an extra night in Chester after a haunted hotel experience. Excellent value and brilliant room. Perfect location , room clean and with everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend.

“Great”
My friends and I came in at the last minute with a group of 38 people and they accommodated all of us including bar and food orders within an hour! Richie, Keith, Efe and Logan were all amazing!! Highly recommended!
