“Great hotel”
A lovely location with excellent options for venturing out on foot or by car. Room was great apart from a self closing door next to the lift on the 2nd floor that banged heavily as it closed. Staff are just great and friendly. Very comfortable room. Not sure the breakfast next door was worth the bo… lisää

“highcliffe in winter”

“Short break”
We stayed for two nights for our 60th wedding anniversary. We have stayed before so knew it well. The staff gave us a great welcome at reception as they had been pre warned by my daughter that it was an anniversary visit and a box of chocolates in the room. “The slow death of Whitbread & Premier Inn”
The Premier Inn is very tired but clean with helpful reception staff. It is a cash cow which desperately needs investment in the property and in particular the rooms.
