The accommodation seems good value for the money we paid. Given the car park facilities. The room appeared clean, although it was musty in smell. Bit of fabreze may of helped. The TV did not work, we think the remote batteries needed changing. I use a medical device to sleep called a CPAP, and discovered no wall sockets near the bed. Reception did provide an extension, which proved a trip hazard, despite our best attempts of positioning it as best we could. The safety lock on the main door was broken, so of no use. The bathroom, needed TLC, in that sealant around bath shower signs of mould and the shower vent looked like it had never been given a clean. The toilet had brown limescale, we believe and could do with attention. The main carpet was worn and needed a hoover. The light switches were dirty.

The location is good. The environment is serene and calm, with easy access to major stores like TK Maxx, Sainsbury’s, and M&S. The staff are polite. The location is good. The environment is serene and calm, with easy access to major stores like TK Maxx, Sainsbury’s, and M&S. The staff are polite. However, customers should check the kettle before boiling water. I checked mine and it was rotten inside, never washed, with dirty water. Also, the toilet needs an air freshener because it smells like a gutter.
