“Luxury, great food, fabulous spa- pretty faultless.”
I don't recognise the reviews I have seen here as the staff we met were attentive, thoughtful and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. “Good property. Rude Reception staff. Not worthy of being a high priced hotel.”
The property was nice though i felt over priced. Garden house food was excellent, The Japanese restaurant was decent. The reception was terrible. Rude staff. And i got someone else bill with was £4,800. The actual bill was £800. No apology.

“Punching above its weight (in the winter at least)”
Stayed here for just one night on Boxing Day. Have to say it is hard to justify the £1.5k room rate (and another £800 for dinner and drinks). Maybe in the summer when you can sit outside and enjoy a nice summers evening… but in the winter when there are just kids running around the bar area it’s n… lisää
