“Good hotel with great location”
Good sized room, nice bathroom with good shower, clean and in this hot weather came with a big full sized fan (lifesaver).

“Enjoyable”
I chose this hotel because of the location: opposite Exeter central train station, perfect. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. The staff were excellent: professional, friendly and very helpful. “Good but could do better.”
First the good. The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Veronica. Most impressed that a disabled parking space was reserved for us. The not so god was poor WIFI in our room, mediocre breakfast with dire filter coffee.

“Disappointed”
Clean but could do with redecorating/deep cleaning in places. Mattress uncomfortable and knobbly - needs a topper. Doors slam hard and creaky floorboards and was woken by neighbours several times in the night with loud slamming doors. The Drakes bar is nothing special. For a hotel of that size and … lisää
