A stay at Hotel du Vin Exeter is the perfect way to recharge after the relentless pace of London life. We came down for a couple of days and stayed at the du Vin. The setting is wonderfully calm, offering a peaceful retreat that feels miles away from the city hustle. The hotel team truly stands out, particularly in how they handle guest comfort. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, and the staff couldn't have been more proactive or helpful. They addressed the matter immediately and ensured everything was resolved to a high standard, making sure our comfort remained the priority. The room was lovely, overlooking the lawn of the hotel - the perfect setting for an evening drink and to watch the sun go down. It is rare to find a place that combines such a relaxing atmosphere with that level of attentive, professional service. If you are looking for a tranquil escape, this is a fantastic choice.

Had a lovely stay for a long weekend getaway in June. The room was perfect for two, spacious and clean, with everything you needed. Had a lovely stay for a long weekend getaway in June. The room was perfect for two, spacious and clean, with everything you needed. If there was anything else you needed, the front office team was always willing to help. The location makes it easy to walk to anywhere in the city! The breakfast area was wonderful, with quick service and delicious food. We really loved the pool area - it was peaceful and relaxing. The lawn area is perfect for an evening drink in the sun with comfy chairs and parasols! The whole team was helpful and made the stay one of our best. A special thanks to Ben and Martin for looking after us to throughout our stay! Would definitely return.

An exceptional and special birthday event arranged by Amy & Sharon to perfection. Every aspect of what we wanted for this important occasion went without a hitch, leaving us with memories that will last forever. A special thank you to Lindsay who looked after us better than we could have ever asked. Her ability to be caring, considerate and execute her role was a joy. She created an impromptu plan to start this intimate party off in such a brilliant way and with such a genuine, natural ability. We could not have asked for more from her. Without a doubt, we would recommend Hotel Du Vin, Exeter to anyone for their own event. In fact, one of our guests was so impressed that they are intending to have their own event here. Thank you to everyone involved from the chefs that prepared our wonderful food to the lovely lady keeping us supplied with hot drinks. A final thanks again to Lindsay. What a star! ⭐️

“Short relaxing stay”

Staff are superb and the rooms have really been designed with what a guest needs in mind. The air con was refreshing, the bed extremely comfortable and the llocitane products just perfect.
