“We will definitely be back!”
We regularly visit the area and have tried several other establishments including other local hotels and pubs with rooms etc. This time we stayed at Premier Inn Ferndown and I think this is where we will book from now on. “Great greeting and clean rooms”
This hotel is great. The greeting when we arrived was immense. So friendly and helpful - chatty informative and generally made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable, no issues there. If you needed more tea/coffee etc these were in reception. Had an issue where not enough towels, reception resolved… lisää

“Wonderful stay.”
The stay was lovely. The hotel staff was very warm and welcoming and I will absolutely stay again and will definitely be recommending to others that I know.

“Great staff”
Fantastic couple of nights in Ferndown despite the weather. Liam went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable as there was an issue with the heating in the first room we we booked in so he moved us to a lovely room and gave us complimentary breakfast and upgraded our WiFi. “Very comfortable stay”
Great value for money. Room was very spacious & bed so comfy. Great location to Bournemouth Airport for an early flight. Beefeater next door is very handy for something to eat & food very good.
