“Standard airport hotel but really great staff”

Just wanted to leave a quick review to say how lovely all of the staff were at this hotel. Expectations are standard for an airport hotel but the staff here were so helpful and friendly from the guy that checked us in and gave us a complimentary upgrade to the staff in the sports bar - super attentive and polite, it really does make a difference to feel welcomed so thank you.

“One night stay and parking”

Stayed here for one night before a flight. Booked a room with parking for the week. Easy check-in, clean room and the hotel has a lovely Indian restaurant and a sport’s bar on site. Stayed here for one night before a flight. Booked a room with parking for the week. Easy check-in, clean room and the hotel has a lovely Indian restaurant and a sport’s bar on site. Staff were friendly. The rooms are dated as people have mentioned, however it’s in close proximity to Heathrow and is clean with good amenities. There is no pool but I understand there is a gym. There are no shuttles to the airport so you need to book your own.

“Dated and soulless but can offer good value”

Feels like a soulless conference centre. Staff are excellent. Club room was large and functional, although décor was dated. Executive Lounge: Good. Stylish and comfortable but limited seating. Feels like a soulless conference centre. Staff are excellent. Club room was large and functional, although décor was dated. Executive Lounge: Good. Stylish and comfortable but limited seating. Restaurant breakfast is better and unfortunately only soft & hot drinks are available during the day. Evening Happy Hour, 6-8pm, offers complimentary wine & beer, with a good help-yourself hot & cold food selection. The hot food was particularly good, better than canapes.

“Convenient”

Large rooms, easy check in, convenient to the airport. Need better sound proofing. Was woken up constantly by people going to their rooms and opening doors etc. Needs an update but was absolutely fine for a night before a flight. Ate in sports bar, which was fine, but expensive.
