“Wonderful stay”

We stayed one night, the staff were very friendly and helpful such as Emily. The room was lovely, clean and fully functional. We had a room facing track with balcony, such a fantastic view.

“Lovely hotel & breakfast”

We spent 2 nights here over half term. The hotel is lovely. Really beautifully modern, the rooms were clean and spacious for the 3 of us (2 adults & one 9 year old). We spent 2 nights here over half term. The hotel is lovely. Really beautifully modern, the rooms were clean and spacious for the 3 of us (2 adults & one 9 year old). My husband is a massive motor sport fan so he loved being able to go out onto the balcony at breakfast to see the iconic track and we were fortunate enough that there was a track day. Staff were polite and friendly. The gym is great, well stocked, clean and provided towels. The bar is really beautiful and breakfast was great! We booked a meal in the evening and was a little disappointed with the food (which is what knocked my review from 5 for 4). The food just wasn’t as good as expected. The setting in the restaurant is wonderful and you’d expect to pay a premium for food but we left a bit disappointed by the quality of the food for the price. This stopped us from booking food for the second evening of our stay. It wouldn’t stop us going back to the hotel at all, we just wouldn’t choose to eat here in the evening.

“Good valentines getaway”

Our 7th visit to this hotel.Checked in by alice, was very professional and attentive. The hotel provided Valentines gift bags which was a good touch. Our 7th visit to this hotel.Checked in by alice, was very professional and attentive. The hotel provided Valentines gift bags which was a good touch. My kipsu questions where answered by emily effciently. We ended up having room service as restaurant was full. The soup, Club sandwhich and pork belly where tasty and all food came within 30 minutes. The room was clean and well maintanined. Only thing i would suggest to improve is the outside cladding needs a good clean, the external cladding going green in places with window clean required.
