“Lovely as always”
Lovely as always , spent two nights here in room 5 up in the roof , limited head room but we expected this , spotlessly clean , warm , plenty of refreshments , lovely views down the shire . Staff lovely & food ( both evening meals & breakfasts excellent . Miss the deli but quite nice to have access… lisää

“Excellent main course”
Main course. Spare braised rib. Ooo la la. Superb mash , sorry puréed. Gravy. Veg and the beef dropped off the bone. Very. Nice main meal.

“A lovely overnight stay”
Stayed overnight for my wife’s birthday and had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed and the bathroom felt luxurious with the walk-in shower and copper bath. “Really enjoyed our stay in Holt and Byfords while they had all the Christmas lights up.”
Right in the centre of Holt its in the ideal location to enjoy the town. Really easy check in and loved the resident only bar and relaxing area. Had a few pre-dinner drinks then went through to the restaurant for evening meal. Food was very nice and service was good. Next morning we had an issue … lisää

“Our family favourite in Norfolk ♥️”
We love Byfords! Stayed here many times as a family in room 16 over the last 15 years - beautiful and spacious room, with lovely thoughtful touches such as fresh milk for tea and bedtime biscuits.
