“Peaceful and stylish retreat”
We had a lovely two nights at Instow Barton. Caroline and Colin are excellent hosts and as ex chefs, the breakfasts are fabulous ! “A perfect place to stay.”
Very warm welcome by Caroline, lovely touch homemade cakes in our room. The best pillows we have ever experienced in a hotel or B&B, and very comfy beds. Perfect breakfast prepared by Colin, the apple and cinnamon pastries were delicious. Just sorry we weren't staying longer, but better for the wa… lisää

“The Ultimate B&B”
Excellent B&B, everything spot on, breakfast fabulous, very quiet, loads of parking, super dog friendly, 10 minutes easy walk to a large dog friendly beach and 4 pubs all selling decent food and also dog friendly. Anyone wanting a B&B in the Instow area should try to book this one first.

“Perfect”
Perfect place to stay, the room was really comfortable with a lovely comfy bed and nice en-suite with powerful shower. “Didn’t want to leave!”
Just a short walk off the South West Coast Path this B&B will not disappoint. It felt like home from home, so much so i didn’t want to leave. Fabulous large room with smart furniture.
