“Well worth a visit”
We were greeted with a Lovely welcome from ( Vicky) the new manageress. It is a Very friendly pub. Good food. Took part in quiz on Tuesday evening ( first Tuesday in the month) thoroughly enjoyed it. Recommend visiting when in Kendal. You will enjoy the relaxed atmosphere

“Super convenient, central Kendal”
Very pleasant, clean room with en-suite in a flat behind the pub. Very friendly welcome and great customer care. Parking very convenient This is not luxury accommodation, but very competitively priced for what you get. Breakfast is relatively basic served from your fridge, but fine for my purposes.

“More than your average burger and chips, would recommend and will go again I am sure”
The food is amazing, too much for me to finish with all those chips! We had a different chicken burger each and would recommend both of them Food reasonable price, wine expensive but that is the same in most pubs / restaurants now Nice atmosphere and loads of outdoor seating too

Super friendly service on arrival from a lovely lad in the Bar Again, friendly service in the morning from the lass serving Breakfast.
