The staff at this hotel are fantastic: knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Our family all felt we had not had better custom service anywhere. Our evening meal was delicious and breakfast was great. The hotel could do with some TLC in terms of upgrading furniture and there were a few leaks but this didn’t impact our stay. The duvet on our bed was only as wide as our massive bed so that did mean that it wasn’t quite wide enough when our two bodies got under it. The accessible bathroom was cold - please install a heated towel rail and the shampoo, conditioner, etc was placed too high up for a wheelchair user to reach (although that did not affect me). I inadvertently pulled the alarm cord in the bedroom and two members of staff checked on me which was excellent. However the cord in the bathroom was tied up - again too high for a wheelchair user. Super free parking and a real fire in reception were nice touches. With a bit of an upgrade here and there this hotel could show others a thing or two. Again, it’s the staff that make this a 5-star review.

“Super Helpful & Friendly Staff!”

A one night stay at this delightful hotel was not enough! We were greeted on arrival by extremely friendly staff. We felt very welcome. Our room which was a deluxe king room. A one night stay at this delightful hotel was not enough! We were greeted on arrival by extremely friendly staff. We felt very welcome. Our room which was a deluxe king room. Not the largest of rooms but nevertheless it was fully equipped with everything you could need . As well as nice touches with Bramley toiletries, nespresso coffee machine, fresh milk and shortbread. The room was very clean, cosy and nicely furnished. We had breakfast included with our stay, it was great and the service was spot on. I would definitely stay here again!

“Better after the renovation?”

Food was mediocre. Disappointing fish finger sandwich with too much supermarket bread. Chips were OK and Fullers London Pride beer was great. We have always loved the atmosphere in the good old White Hart. It's currently closed for renovation so I sincerely hope the food, chef and menu get a renova… lisää

“OK, but be aware of hidden service charges ?”

Room was OK, a little tired, probably due for a refurb. Restaurant / food was very good, compliments to the chef and service staff.
