“Ideal place for a quiet break”
A friendly and very helpful staff who went the extra mile for us. Wonderful walks along the canal (we were lucky with the weather); and a quiet room with a lovely view. What more could one want for a couple of days much needed respite, and to meet up with a friend?

“Lovely location and great food.”
Stayed at this hotel with the wife for the weekend in October 2025. Slight issue with check in times. I selected 10-11pm on booking.com, as we had plans in Oxford first, however we got an email saying 10pm would be fine but any later there is a risk no one will be there to book us in. “Absolutely lovely night away”
This was a night away with my cousin to have a child free time. We had a really wonderful experience at the Dundas Arms. The room was lovely clean and comfortable with everything you need.. the location was beautiful and we enjoyed a walk along the canal. There was live music in the bar and we enjo… lisää

“Friendly pub and hotel”
Warm and welcoming pub and hotel. Stayed for one night, very easy to find and lots of parking! Dog friendly too! Dinner and breakfast were fab!

“Nice location but rooms very tired”
Staff are very nice and helpful but the rooms are very tired and ours was very dirty and dusty but in a lovely location right next to the river Food menu is average but there was lots of items not available but the food that they had available was nice
