“Lovely hotel, excellent staff”
We’ve stayed here many times, we’re diamond members for IHG so frequently use the brand. The hotel is pet friendly and we brought our dog who sleeps in a crate but the rooms are spacious enough that this was no problem. Room was well equipped and the facilities were good. “A great base for historic Lancaster exploration”
Having read the reviews (a right mixed bag) we were rather in trepidation of our trip. No need. All great, truly! The thing people seem universal on is the staff. Agreed.
