From the moment we booked our wedding, Louisa made us feel like we were the only couple in the world. Every message, every meeting, every detail was handled with such care that by the time the big day arrived, we already felt completely at ease.When we walked into the venue, Louisa had decorated everything exactly as we had pictured it in our minds — it felt like stepping into our own minds. The food was absolutely fantastic, and our guests didn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. The whole day flowed so smoothly that we were able to simply be present, enjoy every moment, and soak in the happiness around us. It was completely stress‑free, and that is something we will always be grateful for. Throughout the entire event, we felt cherished, looked after, and truly special. That feeling is priceless.The guest rooms were beautiful, and everyone who stayed at Tower told us how gorgeous and comfortable their stay was — another part of the experience that made the weekend unforgettable.To Louisa, the chefs, and the entire team: thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams. “Best hotel in Lincoln?”

I stayed as a single traveller 5 nights in a single room. Location for exploring the old town is excellent, lovely view of the castle walls. Central but quiet. The room was suitable for me as a single traveller, and the quite new bathroom had a lovely shower. No toilet roll holder was a bit of a pr… lisää

I stayed as a single traveller 5 nights in a single room. Location for exploring the old town is excellent, lovely view of the castle walls. Central but quiet. The room was suitable for me as a single traveller, and the quite new bathroom had a lovely shower. No toilet roll holder was a bit of a problem, which I mentioned at checkout, and really hope will be rectified soon. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, even for 5 days! I did not have an evening meal but used the bar, which was often busy with locals. They even made me a sandwich in the evening which is usually only a lunch item. Luckily I did not bring a car, but I believe they have permits for on street parking, or there is a council car park (one has to pay) opposite. The decor is luxurious but not intimidating. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend it!

“Wedding reception private hire”

We decided to have our wedding reception dinner and evening at the tower hotel in Lincoln. After enquiring we received an email from Holly who explained the cost clearly and easily, we then spoke briefly about part size and expectations. We decided to have our wedding reception dinner and evening at the tower hotel in Lincoln. After enquiring we received an email from Holly who explained the cost clearly and easily, we then spoke briefly about part size and expectations. Nothing was too much for Holly, she was an absolute superstar. As we got closer to the day Holly invited us over to come up with a detailed plan for the day so the timings for our 3 course meal were correct and she gave us options for welcome drinks for our guests. We completed our plan together and waited for the big day! On our wedding day I was able to drop decorations off in the morning for Holly and the team to decorate the table and room how we had agreed prior. After the ceremony our guests arrived before us and they all said how friendly and welcoming the staff were when they arrived. Me and my wife then arrived and Holly and team were on hand straight away making sure no one's glass was empty. We then sat down and enjoyed a beautiful 3 course meal which we had pre ordered and all food came out at the same time all to the same high standard and we had a party size of 35!!! Amazing job kitchen staff and bar staff!! In between courses each member of our party was comparing their choices and boasting how good each others food was. We had the private function room with the bar integrated in and there was always bar staff available and at no point was anyone waiting for anything. We would recommend anyone thinking of booking the tower for a large party size to do it as everything was fantastic. Thankyou again to Holly and all staff at the tower hotel you made our wedding reception amazing.
