We had a really positive stay at Premier Inn Heathrow Terminal 5. The staff were great throughout, especially the restaurant team, who were friendly, attentive and made the evening feel very relaxed. The location is good for T5, but it’s worth noting that it isn’t really walking distance from the terminal. My advice would be to take a licensed taxi from the taxi rank rather than the Hotel Hopper bus. The taxi cost us £18, compared with £7 per person on the Hotel Hopper, which would have been £28 for our family of four — so the taxi was much better value and far easier. The restaurant was a real surprise. We went for the £30 Meal Deal, which was excellent value, and the food was much better than we expected for a Premier Inn. The sirloin steaks were an easy 8/10, the pizza was 8/10, and the double stack burger was also 8/10. We also paid for the Ultimate WiFi add-on and it was fantastic — fast, reliable and well worth it. Finally, the soundproofing was excellent. We genuinely forgot we were right next to the airport, which is exactly what you want before or after a flight. Overall, a great airport hotel experience with brilliant staff, good food, reliable WiFi and excellent soundproofing.

“Amazing location, Value and Service”

Best PI I've stayed in abd great value for money if booked early. 2 stops on the Tfl bus from Terminal 5 and stops directly outside. Car parking overnight i heard was expensive .Immediately clean and welcoming front desk with the great bed to sleep in.

Very good, staff polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Was within easy reach of terminal 5. Would definitely use again.
