Brilliant concept for a hotel - we had the rooms with kitchen attached - amazing space - plus points Shower was incredible Room was really comfortable and functional Staff were exceptional Breakfast really good Room service.- excellent Also the hotel smelled amazing - that is a really good start - love to know how you do that and the fragrance you use My one “even better if”… It’s only one - please, as I am a serious coffee lover - I was so happy that you had filter coffee on tap - but it was so weak it was nit really coffee - my advice - please make a strong brew of filter coffee - it should be as strong and good tasting as an americano but better. That was the only area for improvement. That would have made it the best trip ever Thank you Dao for helping us enjoy our trip to London 😁

“Perfect in every way”

I almost want to gatekeep this hotel because it is amazing in every way. We stayed for 9 nights during Wimbledon season, and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. I almost want to gatekeep this hotel because it is amazing in every way. We stayed for 9 nights during Wimbledon season, and it could not have been more perfect for our needs. We booked a room with two single beds, and it had everything we needed and more: fully equipped kitchen, iron and board, clothes steamer, spacious fridge, safe, hairdryer etc. The property itself is very charmingly decorated (I love the Jin Bar downstairs). Breakfast selection was vast and very filling. There's a really nice laundry room free for use by guests, and they provide the laundry soap as well. Best of all, the location of the hotel is great--- there is a bus stop literally outside the door of the hotel where buses that take you to the more central part of London in 20 minutes or less. Train station (Shepherd's Bush) is about 300 meters away. The huge Westfield Mall is a block away. I will definitely stay here again the next time I find myself in London.

“Great staff, room facilities and transport links”

What an incredible hotel! I chose this place because it’s so close to a few tube stations on different tube lines for ease of getting there around London. What an incredible hotel! I chose this place because it’s so close to a few tube stations on different tube lines for ease of getting there around London. I booked a one bedroom apartment which was just stunning. I have to say a huge thank you to the staff who were all exceptionally helpful, polite and professional, especially Victoria one of the managers who linked my two back to back bookings together so I wouldn’t have to change rooms. Thank you! Notable benefits here: the room was so well stocked. In addition to more normal things like iron/ironing board/hairdryer it also had a hand steamer, full size fridge, integrated microwave and the toiletries were so good (conditioner that actually feels better than my one at home!). And of course it’s beautiful.
