I stayed in a Premium Room, which was surprisingly spacious and more comfortable than I had expected. Overall, the room was very pleasant; however, the placement of the towels and towel hook inside the toilet area felt unusual and was somewhat inconvenient. One of the hotel’s strongest attributes is its excellent location, with easy access to transportation. The staff were also consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with the air conditioning. Neither my room nor my friend’s room had functioning air conditioning for the first five nights of our stay. This was extremely frustrating and took far longer than expected to resolve. That said, I appreciate that management ultimately acknowledged the problem, offered a sincere apology, and provided a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience. Their efforts to address the situation were appreciated, even though the resolution took longer than it should have.

“Great location and staff makes this one worth it!”

I loved the location and the hotel was very clean, as was my room. But, the layout of the room left a little something to be desired. I understand rooms in Europe are smaller but this one it was more the features that caused consternation. The bed could only be raised and lowered on one side. The b… lisää

I loved the location and the hotel was very clean, as was my room. But, the layout of the room left a little something to be desired. I understand rooms in Europe are smaller but this one it was more the features that caused consternation. The bed could only be raised and lowered on one side. The bed was not super comfortable. And the entire room layout was a bit awkward. I really loved the area and the staff were all super nice, so I would stay here again...I just might try a different layout room.

“enjoyable stay”

i really enjoyed my stay at yotel - the rooms and the hotel as a whole was modern and clean, the breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and the location was nice. i would tho recommend this for couples rather than family groups if you’re gonna be sharing a room because the bathroom is basicall… lisää

i really enjoyed my stay at yotel - the rooms and the hotel as a whole was modern and clean, the breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and the location was nice. i would tho recommend this for couples rather than family groups if you’re gonna be sharing a room because the bathroom is basically built in the room. it has cloudy glass but it can be a little see through if the lights are turned on.
