“2 night stay dinner bed and breakfast”
Great location. We stayed in a cosy room which was clean , spacious and looked over the village. Room had everything we needed, tea , coffee machine, biscuits and the bathroom well stocked with shower gel, shampoo etc.., lovely bathrobes and thick towels. “An excellent birthday dinner for my wife.”
An excellent dinner. As part of booking, we'd advised that my wife uses a wheelchair, and they were ready and waiting with the access ramps. Soup was superb (and they had no issues with one serving in two bowls), steak excellent, halibut excellent and an unusually creative cheeseboard. Lovely seat … lisää

“Christmas Lunch”
Beautiful Blanchland looks amazing at this time of year, and the Lord Crewe is decorated superbly. Our fifth Christmas meal here, and although we preferred the previous years’ selection of produce and tray presentation, our meal was still good. “Check Offers Carefully.”
Stayed here for a couple of nights in February on the ‘Supper and Stay’ offer. We read this offer as giving us an ‘allowance’ of £40 each per evening for dinner. We booked a ‘Canny’ room which was adequate - the bathroom was spacious and warm. Dinner in the evening was good but breakfast only medio… lisää
