Stayed here for one night and alrhough the 'contactless check in ' ( other than a phone call ) was a different one I found the hotel and room very very clean and fresh , The hotel is on the sea front ( sadly didnt have a sea view room ) but on a sunny morning walking across thr road the views of the beach are amazing .A nice hotel in a great location ( on street parking )

“Great stay, Great sea front location”

I have stayed at Bon Ami quite a few times & often book direct with Anil. Main reason for visits is to see family, esp my mum. Anil is always quick to respond to my messages & always have great communication. Bon Ami is great for me as it is self check in with key safe, so you can arrive at your ow… lisää

I have stayed at Bon Ami quite a few times & often book direct with Anil. Main reason for visits is to see family, esp my mum. Anil is always quick to respond to my messages & always have great communication. Bon Ami is great for me as it is self check in with key safe, so you can arrive at your own leisure. You get sent check in details usually the day of arrival. This is room only accommodation & we will usual eat either with nearby family or use The Thatch for a great breakfast (which is directly opposite) or for evening food there is Spring Tide or Iconic, both in walking distance. Bon Ami is just over tge road from Lowestoft's South beach. You can park on the road but do be careful of the loading bay parking areas. Have stayed in a few different rooms. Rooms that we have stayed in are always clean, have had toiletries, tea/coffee facilities & have hand/bath towels (not sheets). This accommodation is perfect for what we need & can't thank Anil enough, even with short notice, due to current circumstances. Have stayed in double & family rooms.

“Great little place to stay”

Come down from the North for a funeral. The property is very well located over looking the sea. I was in room 8, not en suite but my own bathroom across the landing. Instructions to access room sent early on day of arrival. Easy to access room. The room is exceptionally clean as is the bathroom. I … lisää

Come down from the North for a funeral. The property is very well located over looking the sea. I was in room 8, not en suite but my own bathroom across the landing. Instructions to access room sent early on day of arrival. Easy to access room. The room is exceptionally clean as is the bathroom. I do have a sink in the room as well as TV and kettle with plenty of sachets. Bedding and towels smell divine! Bed very comfortable and an oil filled radiator as it has gone chilly! Overall 98%. Only niggle is no glass in the room - wine from a mug is not the same 🤗 Highly recommend 👍👍👍

“Strange experience wouldnt return”

Weird experience. The room was quite nice and the location was good. When we arrived we there was no one to greet us and had no communication from the hotel regarding keys so had to call a number listed at the desk and were told our key was in a key safe. During our two night stay we didn’t see any… lisää

Weird experience. The room was quite nice and the location was good. When we arrived we there was no one to greet us and had no communication from the hotel regarding keys so had to call a number listed at the desk and were told our key was in a key safe. During our two night stay we didn’t see anyone working/running the place, it therefore did not feel secure as anyone could come in and out and there was no one to talk to face to face about any issues. There was also lots of noisy guests in a downstairs room watching football and screaming for hours every day we were there.
