“Wonderfully dog friendly, super clean and perfect breakfast!”
What an absolutely fantastic hotel! I’ve never been anywhere so dog friend me and I love the touch of having sausage for the dog at breakfast. The rooms were super clean and fairly recently done up. “One night stay in Lyndhurst”
We had a family room it was very clean and spacious there was a bit of traffic noise from road at front but it didn’t detract. Our breakfast was very good and we will stay here again

“Good value, great breakfast but housekeeping needs more attention”
We had a relaxing stay for 3 nights. This was our fourth or fifth stay. The hotel offers good value, a great breakfast, convenient location, plenty of hot water and warmth. “Comfortable and clean small hotel.”
We have stayed here on four different occasions this year, en-route to the Isle of Wight, which tells you all you need to know. Booking here was a last minute decision, we had a good time. The location is perfect, we got a parking space but I noticed it had filled up by evening.
