We had a lovely dinner here. We had a booking for 8 and we had a private dining room but still had the great atmosphere of the buzzing bar next door. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and efficient. Also love the fact it is dog friendly. We chose this place as we’ve visited before and it is consistently good. Highly recommended!

“March stay”

We had a lovely stay last week at white hart, lovely food in restaurant for dinner Theo our waiter was extremely attentive and professional dinner was delicious! Room was a bit too warm and main road outside can be noisy but bed is very comfortable and room was lovely! Would stay again x

“Amazing historic hotel / inn with staff to match”

We dropped in to this atmospheric hotel for lunch, our daughter and fiancé having stayed here last November on the day they got engaged. We dropped in to this atmospheric hotel for lunch, our daughter and fiancé having stayed here last November on the day they got engaged. The staff made a real fuss of them so we felt it was our duty to pop by and say “Hello” and thank the lovely team of people working here. Sat in this historic building we had a delicious pub meal (two of us are vegetarian and had no problem with the menu). There was even a cosy log fire, matched only in its warmth by member of staff Bill(?) the very entertaining Scotsman! Having stayed in a number of Coaching Inn hotels we cannot recommend them highly enough and our friends and family agreel

“A Cotswolds gem”

This is one of the few places I've stayed where we have been upgraded without asking. As their standard room is great, I was interested to see what the next level looked like, and it was gorgeous. This is one of the few places I've stayed where we have been upgraded without asking. As their standard room is great, I was interested to see what the next level looked like, and it was gorgeous. All the amazing touches which come as standard at a Coaching Inn room were there. Nespresso machine, lavender spray, bottled water and a huge bed with top notch bedding. Just love it when you get a real feather duvet, and my favourite, a radio. Large wet room style shower and designer bath, which I never use, but love to look at. There were 4 amazing bathroom products. Just hate it when you get a generic all-purpose product stuck to the side of a bath. The staff were great, especially Stefan, who went out of his way to print off some information for us. We have often driven past but never stayed, and now that will change as there is so much to see in the area. The restaurant was busy on a Sunday night, which is a good recommendation. Instead of a buffet breakfast, the food was served, which made for more comfortable dining. Great coffee. Oh and I nearly forgot to mention the fabulous guest lounge, full of interesting paintings and antique furniture. Just loved it.
