Premier Inn Norwich East (Broadlands A47)

“Great service and good room”

Booked one night but then wanted an additional night and that wasn’t a problem for Donna who was so helpful She made sure it was arranged so when I got back from London trip I had the same room and a key updated for me. Great customer service, thank you

“Great Staff”

Very nice stay, very quiet although it is just off if the A47. Staff were very helpful. Azad couldn't do enough to help and make sure my stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay again

Room good but no working air vent in bathroom First night of arrival the till in restaurant was non operational so the only way to have dinner was to book a Meal Deal which we did not want to do Asked to speak to duty manager only to be told he was on the phone This is Not customer satisfaction T… lisää

Nice looking hotel with an expansive carpark and good local amenities. Front desk and check in was faultless. Decent room and bathroom if not slightly tired looking. Nice looking hotel with an expansive carpark and good local amenities. Front desk and check in was faultless. Decent room and bathroom if not slightly tired looking. Comfy beds as always and a good temperature despite no AC. Usual unpleasant toilet paper. A sugar sachet in the hallway that didn’t move all evening or morning, small detail but shows the staff don’t pay the most attention. Awful evening dining experience, absent staff and over priced poorly cooked and slow to arrive food, I’ve had much better dining experiences at other Premier Inn’s, also had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to give me cutlery. Thankfully breakfast was much better although the toasters seemed to take an age of man to do their job. Cooked food options could have done with a bit more being put out for people as they kept running out. Went for 7am opening and maybe they weren’t expecting it to be so busy on a Sunday.
