“A great alternative to the bigger hotels, very personable and terrific service!”
This hotel was superb. The perfect mid-point break between London and the South Coast. The room (Premier Plus) was fabulous. I love that you know what to expect and that Premier Inn have thought of all the little things you need. I slept so well, just wish it had been more! I cannot fault this part… lisää

“Comfortable Getaway on the Medway”
I stay here regularly for business and spend usually 2 nights a week. I find the location and amenities far better than some of the other Premier Inns in the area. The manager Sam and her Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the food is always hot and served quickly even when busy. Cannot… lisää

“Amazing place”
Good location near by the motorway. Such a relax and calm place to stay, very clean with very friendly staff. A special tank you for a member of staff called Emmanuel, which was amazing and helpful at breakfast time. Pointing out his professionalism and empathy with guests. 100% recommended

“Great staff”
Just wanna say i enjoyed my stay here, location good rooms good and big 👏 2 the very helpful receptionist, above and beyond, she was very busy but I noticed she always tried to please all the customers and always with a smile on her face , Keira was her name , , prem inn Rochester u got a go… lisää
