Good value for money. It’s a b+b we chose for overnight stay during Isle of Wight festival. It was clean, fairly plain furniture and furnishing - but plumbing and shower worked and looked better than proper hotels. It had everything we needed for overnight stay - and the cooked breakfast deserved more than 5 stars :) Remember, it’s a fairly simple b+b. Don’t expect a luxury holiday stay!

Marvellous rooms and beds and pillows and when we arrived there the owner Carol was so kind and she politely asked us what are we doing down here we said a funereal and she said aww take care and here is you're rooms and the next day breakfast was at 8:30am and the bacon and eggs and toast was well done and the tea and coffee comes in teapots we spoke to other people and they were also kind and the owners husband was so good at explaining I went with my nan and my anti the owner was so kind my nan and anti and me 1000 OUT 10 from Ash my Nana Val And my anti Carol

“Great stopover!”

Great breakfast! Very clean accommodation and lovely hosts. Went to visit friends and didn't know the island at all. We must have got lucky because it was such a nice place to stay. The main thing I remember is being taught how to cook fried eggs that never stick (and they never do!)
