We absolutely loved this hotel. The parking system takes the stress away and very organised. Julie ensured we were well looked after and she allocated us a lovely room with stunning sea views. We absolutely loved this hotel. The parking system takes the stress away and very organised. Julie ensured we were well looked after and she allocated us a lovely room with stunning sea views. Staff all helpful and our room immaculately clean. Fantastic location and amazing value. It is also very dog friendly. We will be regular returners!!

“Trip back to 1970s but quite nice”

Its a trip back to the 1970s, there are not many hotels like this left now, hotel tidy but it was spotless, clean, warm & comfortable. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was poor, shame false economy youd have got 5 stars as the staff deserve it but obviously restricted to what the hotel supplies for them to work with. All in all lovely visit, just dont bother with breakfast We will miss places like this wjen they are no longer here

“Cold and small room the one receptionist needs retraining”

Nice hotel walked across the road to see a wonderful view My dog lost her collar it was handed in to reception as I was informed I asked the lady on reception she was short with short hair she was glued to her computer and didn’t even bother to look the collar was under the counter found by another… lisää

Nice hotel walked across the road to see a wonderful view My dog lost her collar it was handed in to reception as I was informed I asked the lady on reception she was short with short hair she was glued to her computer and didn’t even bother to look the collar was under the counter found by another member of staff I also mention how cold it was in my room she didn’t even bother to tell me there was a heater in the wardrobe this woman needs re- training not very commutative was very dissapointed The room was very small and I could not see out of the windows Dissapointed for the amount I had to pay The barman was very helpful The breakfast was good

“Adequate, cheap breakfast ingredients”

Wanted somewhere reasonably priced as we were there to see the goldwing light parade. We reserved a parking space which had our name on the space so that was good. Wanted somewhere reasonably priced as we were there to see the goldwing light parade. We reserved a parking space which had our name on the space so that was good. The receptionist was helpful and friendly The hotel is basic but looked like it had recently been decorated, our room was large and adequate for our needs. It did say sea view which we did have if we sat in a certain place in the window, otherwise it was over looking a carpark! The bed was comfy, there was a little fridge in the room. It was clean , no stains anywhere The shower could have been more powerful but I have been in worse showers so again adequate. Breakfast is a buffet style. Very cheap ingredients. Tinned fruit, cheap sausages, watered down scrambled eggs. Tinned mushrooms slimy and tasteless.
