“Good Customer Service”

Very nice place to be on a work trip with a nice and quiet lounge always clean and tidy. Ash being right on the spot with a very good customer service. Always on speed with orders and taking care of all the customers even in busy times.

I returned to this hotel after staying here last year. I am.pleased to say the food is so much better. In fact the food is really good. I've spent 2 weeks here and almost completed the menu. I returned to this hotel after staying here last year. I am.pleased to say the food is so much better. In fact the food is really good. I've spent 2 weeks here and almost completed the menu. The bang bang noodles are particularly good and the bar staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms remain a little tired with outdated Televisions and very limited products (2 Tea bags, no shower gel, no towel change). The furniture is also a little tired now as are the carpets. Air conditioning in the rooms but it doesn't cool the room down as it barely trickles out. The lounge area, however is a nice temperature. Overall nice stay and i will hopefully return next year when needed.

“loved every minute of it”

rooms were nice and clean was overall worth the price, staff were really nice on check in Chantal was exceptionally helpful and helped with the bill as i was confused. “Restaurant service very slow”

We have use this hotel a few times when we visit family in the area, as it has a nice lounge to relax in. This visit was a let down, the air con in the room didn’t blow cold and we were in the hottest weekend at Spring Bank. We have use this hotel a few times when we visit family in the area, as it has a nice lounge to relax in. This visit was a let down, the air con in the room didn’t blow cold and we were in the hottest weekend at Spring Bank. The twin beds were pushed together, but no double mattress topper, so you got the dip where the two beds met. First time this has happened in all our stays there. We reported the flickering light in the shower, mainly so they could get it changed, the air con, beds and service on leaving. The service in the restaurant for the evening meal was very slow, they concentrated on the table of four and there were only eight of us in and the other couple already had their meal, which was sent back for some reason. It took from ordering ours to getting it just under the hour. Our last visit a couple of months ago the service was slow, but it was busier, so while we may use this hotel again, we’ll make sure we eat before getting to the hotel.
