Arrived at the hotel with my three year old daughter fresh from LEGOLAND and a fabulous welcome. Have stayed here before and always enjoyed a good stay. Today we were selected as guest of the day and a lovely little room upgrade. My daughter was also made up with the ballon’s and towel person on the bed! Team have been friendly and helpful and we will definitely be back! Extra bonus, beds super comfy!!!!

“Ideal overnight stop with secure carparking”

Booked through holiday extras for over night stay and parking for duration of our holiday. Check in was ok and told where to park car whilst on holiday. Room was comfortable and clean. Booked through holiday extras for over night stay and parking for duration of our holiday. Check in was ok and told where to park car whilst on holiday. Room was comfortable and clean. Shower over bath. One strange thing was the toilet roll was more near to the door than the actual toilet! Hotel bar was nice. Not a great choice on the menu, we had the fish and chips which said came with mushy peas, they weren’t, they were just smashed frozen garden peas and extremely dry. Breakfast was good, buffet style and plenty to choose from. The hotel has a computer stand where you can book transfer to the airport. Easy to use, we booked a shared transfer which cost £9 each, as it turned out there was only us going, so bargain there. On our return as we came out of the arrivals there’s a kiosk to book a return transfer, they only had private journeys and this cost £26 which we thought was very good. There were plenty of spaces to leave the car and it was fine on our return. One negative point is the little shop opposite the reception desk selling snacks, ice cream, etc. £6 for a pack of biscuits is a rip off, can’t remember other prices of items but do remember commenting on how expensive it all was. Would recommend this park and stay for convenience to Heathrow airport.

Another disappointing stay at a marriott chain. The website says newly renovated but the hotel rooms & facilities are extremely dated the good - staff is pleasant , room is large , there was a 120V socket at the desk. the bad: dated rooms, door to room difficult to to open and takes a few tries… lisää

Another disappointing stay at a marriott chain. The website says newly renovated but the hotel rooms & facilities are extremely dated the good - staff is pleasant , room is large , there was a 120V socket at the desk. the bad: dated rooms, door to room difficult to to open and takes a few tries. closet door broken only one side works, hard to get to safe and racks, uncomfortable bed, large cracked mirror in bathroom the facility: huge hotel, none of the external doors in other parts of hotel open even with key card so you have to walk the perimeter of hotel depending on where you find parking. the surrounding area seems rundown and sketchy pro- breakfast spread : room came with breakfast and it was a decent spread of salad, veggies, eggs and pastries with decent tasting coffee. con- executive lounge : sad offering. not a lot if snack options during day . coffee, tea, still and sparkling water on tap. However, executive lounge is ground floor yet executive floors are on level 2. And you have to go to restaurant to get breakfast - so not like most other executive lounges I would look for other options to stay when in this area again To Marriott- please invest in updating your facilities!
