“Wedding anniversary short break”
Booked this hotel through Booking.com to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a premium double with a super king-sized bed, which was fantastic. “Upgraded”
When we first arrived at the hotel I was really disappointed in the room allocated. We were upgraded to a far superior room, which was beautifully presented and furnished. “An enjoyable stay.”
A really nice hotel in a good location. Staff very helpful and friendly. A nice comfortable room. Two superb breakfasts. We made use of the hotel’s free electric charger for our electric Mini.

“Relaxed atmosphere and super friendly staff”

“Good not great”
On arrival we were allocated a room which was snug. On close inspection I found it grubby and sub standard. Receptionist Sarah relocated us to a far superior room.
