“Such a special place.”
We’ve just arrived home after a couple of nights spent at Smeaton Farm - and what a fabulous stay we had. We really can’t fault this B & B, Sarah and Richard really looked after us so well. “Quintessentially English! Perfect for a stop over and equally perfect for a longer stay to explore the area.”
What a beautiful place to stay. The hosts were friendly and helped with our luggage. The facilities were good. The breakfast was excellent. There was a lovely sitting room available. “Loved our stay! It's a stunning place ”
After a long drive we rocked up to Smeaton farm and we where delighted to see such a beautiful big house. The stunning views and all the wildlife that's around. “5 night stay at Smeaton Farm”

“Outstanding place to stay 😃”
An outstanding B+B, the location maybe a bit off the beaten track for some but because of this it is so peaceful, surrounded by countryside with excellent grounds to relax in; and actually closer to main roads than you would think.
