“I felt so spoiled.🤩🤩”
I felt so spoiled staying here!!! I was treated to the most friendly staff as soon as I walked in Lucien checked me in! (Guest of the day 🙌🏾) what a nice touch! He was Very friendly and welcoming. “Lovely Straightforward Experience”
No idea what the lead photo is showing but it's not the hotel!! We found this to be a very pleasant experience all around Check-in was easy and friendly. The entrance way is clean and spacious. “What a wonderful stay!”
Stayed here for 1 night. Hotel and staff were amazing, couldn't have asked for any more. Room was newly renovated, large and comfortable. Maybe could do with a small fridge. Parking is very limited at the hotel. However they do have a very large overflow carpark across the road.

“Great staff make a great stay”
I have stayed at holiday inn Stevenage quite a few times now and have always received excellent service from all members of staff. I’ve stayed in a lot of different rooms and whilst they are nice they are let down by the contractors refurbing them as some of the attention to detail bits are not up… lisää
