“Exceptional Customer Service - Wish there were 6 stars I could give.”
I just have to say, I've travelled far and wide for business and leisure but I have NEVER had such amazing service from a hotel. I was impressed from the very beginning. “Swindon”
Came to Swindon to visit family, we have stayed at the hotel before so we knew what to expect and it didn’t disappoint, we arrived early and were served drinks by Lauren who gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations before giving us the room key.
