Great from start of booking to check out. We booked for a function at the arena on Saturday. So we decided to book extra night. Lovely helpful lady we spoke to to arrange and book the stay. They are having air con.i think it was fixed or fitted. We had no issue of the inconvenience. We booked 3 rooms. All clean,well equipped and spacious. Tea coffee biscuits etc. Nice walk in shower and large bathroom. 2 rooms tv s were not working properly, 1 couldn't get channels and other 1 was hazy and picture not good Wasn't a issue really as we were out most of the time. 2 double beds in each of our rooms. Lift too floors. Dog friendly also we noticed Breakfast was good to be fair. We went down at 9am. Was always room to sit. Bar open till late. Free WiFi. Next door at holiday in have a better bar apparently but iy wasn't issue for us we stayed in the hotel. Telford is just a short walk, ideal to for restaurant, shops etc. The international arena next door . So great for location. Car park free. Check in and out smooth and hassle free. Considering the hotel was full. Keep up the good work. The front of house,bar, breakfast staff and cleaners are a credit to the company. Well done.

“Excellent stay”

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting family. It was our first time at this hotel and we were impressed. It's definitely the best we've stayed at in the local area. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, free onsite parking, good WiFi and lovely breakfast. What more cou… lisää

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting family. It was our first time at this hotel and we were impressed. It's definitely the best we've stayed at in the local area. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, free onsite parking, good WiFi and lovely breakfast. What more could you want for the very reasonable price? And we were allowed early check-in without any extra charge as our room was ready. We will be recommending this hotel to other family members because we had such a positive experience. Congratulations to all staff for their hard work. We'll certainly be back next time we're in the area.

“Friendliest staff ever!”

We stayed here for 2 nights while our little grandson was competing in gymnastics at the International Centre next door. We stayed here for 2 nights while our little grandson was competing in gymnastics at the International Centre next door. The room was fine, very good value for the price paid and the breakfast was perfectly adequate. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. Without exception, from the young lady on reception who braved the rain to help us hook up to an EV charger, to the young waitress who had only worked here for only a week but went out of her way to accommodate us at breakfast. All this, despite the stampede of young gymnasts who cleared the buffet as soon as it was replenished, everything worked like clockwork. Whoever is responsible for staff training here is doing an excellent job……many top hotels should take note! Well done to you all.
