Very pleased with excellent customer service, they could not be more helpful. We had a small problem with our room, and they helped us to change rooms very quickly. Very pleased with excellent customer service, they could not be more helpful. We had a small problem with our room, and they helped us to change rooms very quickly. Room was very clean with good facilities. Very clean white bed linen on comfortable bed. Clean bathroom, with a shower over the bath. Coffee facilities were regularly topped up. We had bargain breakfast and would highly recommend this. Our only problem was stupid selfish builders who parked large transit vans in the disabled bays. They could have easily parked round the back, but apparently they could not be bothered. Travelodge need to sort this now.

We stayed at the Travelodge in Torquay for 5 nights and have to say that the staff were very accommodating and helpful especially the manager, Amabel and the receptionist, Alona. We stayed at the Travelodge in Torquay for 5 nights and have to say that the staff were very accommodating and helpful especially the manager, Amabel and the receptionist, Alona. They helped us with our travel plans and made our stay enjoyable. Amabel seemed very dedicated with her job, she was everywhere, she helped out her staff and guests at the breakfast area , was at the reception and was even in the rooms helping the cleaners. We had breakfast once at the cafe bar, a bit small for a medium sized lodge , food was sufficient and trays were topped regularly. The room where we stayed was clean and basic but with a comfortable bed, good value for money. Our room was near the lift but fortunately, there were no loud noises heard. * Quiet and peaceful area with a number of B&B’s *Torre train station is around 5 minutes walk. *Bus stop literally is less than a minute walk . Bus service 12 with a Torbay day rider (£6.50) can take you to Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. * Day trip to St. Ives is doable, around three to three and half hours one way. Really had a great time in Torquay and Torbay area. Such a beautiful place to visit, with a Mediterranean feel, the beaches , parks, marina , restaurants and good for everyone. Will definitely be back to Torquay soon.

Great value and cleanliness Went here and it is so good, rooms clean ,halls clean everything clean. Kids eat for £1 at breakfast buffet! Lovely beach nearby ASWELL!Defo recommend

“Staying at the Travelodge Torquay”

I had room 1, the very first time I have had room 1. Lovely and clean, quite room. Alona on reception was very helpfull and helped with keeping my coffee, sweetner and milk topped up. The only down side was the £7 per day car park charge levied by the concil.
