“Excellent service”
Having been to other premier inn's all around the UK, from Gloucester to Inverness, you know what to expect. What has made this one standout is the friendly staff, from checking in, to breakfast to departure, the staff have made this the best one we have ever stayed in.

“Great hotel, lovely staff, became a home from home”
I have been staying at this hotel for a year for work. The staff are lovely and helpful - the hotel has become a home from home. Huge thanks to all for everything. “A great stay at Premier Inn Washington Newcastle”
Very pleasant stay at this premier inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful and, the rooms are nice and clean. Special thanks to Janice who was kind enough to reccomend places to eat during my stay, and for the lovely welcome at check in.

“Washington.”
We have stayed in this Premier Inn several times and would always return. The Staff at Washington are friendly, considerate and super-helpful in everything they do. It’s hard to single one of them out but, if pushed, I would say David. He can’t do enough for you.

“Nice premier inn”
Stayed at this hotel in a Premier plus room. In my opinion premier inn have some of the most comfortable beds. The premier plus rooms are very nice with espresso machines, chocolates, fridge and complimentary water. Staff were friendly when checking in also. Overall, nice stay.
